You understand that SlimPrep operates a platform designed to match recruiters with potential candidates based on various criteria.

You agree that SlimPrep may share your profile information, including but not limited to your name, company details, job openings, and contact information, with potential candidates who are matched with you through our platform.

If matched, you agree to consider candidates fairly and professionally. This may include reviewing their profiles, conducting interviews, and providing feedback through the platform.

You will maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with candidates.

• You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose of finding and connecting with suitable candidates.
• You will not use the platform to spam candidates or for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment activities.

You understand that SlimPrep's role is to facilitate matches. Any hiring or compensation agreements are to be made directly between you and the candidate, subject to your company's policies and applicable laws.

This agreement is effective upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party. SlimPrep reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately for breach of terms or misconduct.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all candidate information and SlimPrep proprietary information encountered during your recruitment activities.

SlimPrep may review the quality of your interactions and provide feedback. You agree to maintain a minimum satisfaction rating based on candidate feedback.

You acknowledge that you are an independent recruiter or acting on behalf of your company, and not an employee of SlimPrep. SlimPrep's role is limited to facilitating matches between recruiters and candidates.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlimPrep from any claims arising from your actions or decisions in the recruitment process. SlimPrep is not responsible for the outcomes of hiring decisions or employment relationships.

You agree to comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations in your recruitment activities.

You agree to handle any personal data of candidates in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

SlimPrep may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
