4.3. Mentors and trainers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Slim Prep Inc.

5.1. Our job search assistance services are designed to aid you in your job search but do not guarantee employment.

5.2. DISCLAIMER: Slim Prep Inc. is not an employment agency and does not guarantee job placement or interviews.

6.1. Payment Authorization: By providing payment information and completing a purchase, you authorize Slim Prep Inc. to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

6.2. No Refund Policy: Once services have been rendered, including AI-assisted resume tailoring and mentor/trainer connections, you acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about the services provided, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

6.3. Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at info@helpwritingresumes.com to resolve any issues. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6.4. Chargeback Penalty: If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this agreement, and the chargeback is reversed in our favour, you will be responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred, including legal and administrative expenses.
